Challenge
Claims and Reinsurance departments relied on manual processes to produce the full suite of NAICOM regulatory reports and internal management information. This consumed hundreds of man-days each year and carried material error risk.
Approach
Built a complete suite of turnkey Internal Process Automation Models for the Claims and Reinsurance departments. The models generate all required NAICOM reports, including Claims Paid, Claims Outstanding, IBNR, Bordereaux, Reinsurance reports, FAC In, FAC Out and supporting internal reports, at the click of a button.
