Challenge
Manual processes for final account generation, cost/benefit analysis and data extraction from Sage systems required more than a week of effort every month, constraining speed and increasing operational burden.
Approach
Built a suite of internal process automation models comprising automated final account generators, cost/benefit analysis models, and Sage extraction, transformation and load (ETL) models. In parallel, trained staff in Financial Process Engineering, advanced Excel and Power BI development so the capability remained internal.
